The Role & Relationships: 

Our Social Media Coordinators report directly to our Managing Director and will work closely with our Account Managers in all areas of social media management on a day-to-day basis. This position will be accountable for executing and managing our client's social media strategy across various platforms at the direction of our Account Managers. 

Responsibilities:

Creative Content Production 
  • Create high-quality short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Produce social-ready designs (carousels, static posts, branded templates).
  • Edit content, source relevant UGC, and assemble final assets.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visual guidelines provided by Account Managers.
  • Execute content from monthly calendars built by the AM team.
Platform Execution & Scheduling
  • Upload, schedule, and QA content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Optimize captions, tags, formatting, cover images, and audio.
  • Support consistent publishing and timeline accuracy.
  • Follow evolving platform best practices to ensure effective execution.
Creative Input & Trend Contribution
  • Sharing trend-informed content ideas per client per month.
  • Defining and presenting visual identity and design treatments as required in client strategies
  • Bringing innovative formats, editing styles, or creative opportunities to AMs.
  • Advising AMs on production feasibility and creative opportunities.
Collaboration & Workflow
  • Work closely with Account Managers to clarify briefs and expectations.
  • Communicate production timelines proactively and transparently.
  • Work with the Creator Bench or external creators for raw content when needed.
  • Maintain high quality across all deliverables.
  • Use Asana for workflow, task management, and deadline tracking.
  • Participate in internal and client-facing creative reviews and cross-team collaboration sessions.
EOS
  • Participate in special projects as required (Rocks).
  • Attend internal meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually) to contribute to company growth within the EOS system.

Key Measurables (Weekly Performance KPIs):

The Social Media Coordinator is accountable for consistently meeting the following EOS measurables:

  • Timelines Achieved 
  • Incidents
  • Rocks Complete
  • Creative Quality Rating

These measurables are reviewed weekly as part of the EOS scorecard.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, X), their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva and CapCut required; others an asset).
  • Understanding of digital content trends and platform-native storytelling.
  • Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
  • Excellent time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and quality control.
  • Strong technical skills; learns new tools quickly.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, able to work independently.
  • Hungry to learn, test, experiment, grow, and contribute.
  • Comfortable in a feedback-rich, collaborative environment.
  • Isn’t afraid of accountability and a culture of open communication
  • Experience with the following tech are assets:

The Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary: $52,000 - $60,000
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
