Tessa May Marr is an entrepreneur at heart and proud to lead a 100% virtual social media marketing agency of exceptionally talented and relentless Social Media Managers! Tessa is a pioneer in her leadership style, with a strong focus on work/life balance, empathy, and a whole-human approach. She has developed unique practices throughout the years of building and leading a remote, creative team and breathes new life into the agency format. She’s also a passionate wine connoisseur, an avid traveler and has a very codependent relationship with her pup Finn.

Casey has been part of this organization for nearly twelve years now (since Day 1 baby!)–starting as a Graphic Designer. Because of this, she knows the ins and outs of our values, our processes, our clients, and our secret to success better than anyone else. Casey is a leader that is passionate about the success of her team and is committed to ensuring all of our Social Media Coordinators are mentored, challenged, and given ample opportunities to grow and succeed. As our Creative Director, she is responsible to ensure our clients receive five-star creative.

Alli acts as our Director of Finance and Administration, ensuring our financial strategy is as effective as possible. She is an incredibly steady and reliable force within our team and ensures no details are overlooked. Having her on our team allows everyone else to focus on what they’re good at while making sure the trains run on time (and that everyone gets paid!). She’s committed to ensuring the company remains financially viable and able to serve our clients and provide for our team as we grow. She spends her free time with “The Ladies”... her gaggle of daughters who always keep her on her toes.

Natasha Chilcott serves as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Marr Media Group, leveraging nearly a decade of experience in Social Media Marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of consumer product brands, shaping strategies that drive growth and engagement. After selling her own successful agency, Natasha joined Marr’s leadership team in 2023, where she focuses on strategic business development to deliver the agency’s promise of Meaningful Growth with Great People.

Natasha’s platform of choice is LinkedIn, where she shares actionable insights and thought leadership with an ever-growing network of Founders and Marketing Leaders from around the globe. What inspires her most about Social Media Marketing is partnering with brands that infuse passion and storytelling into their content, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and daring to step outside the lines of the status quo.

Brie holds a degree in Fashion Communications and a minor in Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University. With over seven years of experience in freelance digital marketing, Brie brings commitment and creativity to every project. During her free time, this social butterfly can be found volunteering in her community, experiencing new restaurants with friends and travelling with her family.

Jamie is a communications professional with a strong interest in social media and has an educational background in public relations and marketing. They have almost a decade of agency experience and have worked across multiple industries. Jamie excels in utilizing their creativity to amplify brands and loves to pair it with a thoughtful social media strategy–including paid and organic. On Jamie's days off, you can find them appreciating the outdoors hiking or snowboarding, and finishing the day with a good beer!

With 10+ years of experience in both traditional and digital marketing, Chelsea Heaslip is a dynamic force in the industry, bringing her expertise to both B2B and B2C clients. Having worked with top-tier agencies and powerhouse media and entertainment leaders like Stingray Digital and Corus Entertainment, Chelsea's versatility shines through. As an experienced Account Manager, she has developed a diverse skill set through her roles as an Ad-Ops specialist, strategist, and marketing director, allowing her to approach challenges from every angle with confidence and creativity. A self-proclaimed "chronically online" digital native, Chelsea knows the ins and outs of social platforms like the back of her hand, blending personal passion with professional expertise to craft engaging, impactful strategies that drive results.

Amanda brings over seven years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in content creation and strategy across multiple platforms. She’s passionate about building strategies that not only drive sales but also strengthen long-term customer loyalty. On her days off, you can usually find Amanda riding her horse, Finn, adventuring with her dog, Willow, or trying out new wines in search of the perfect glass.

An avid social media scroller born and raised in Nova Scotia, Danielle brings an extensive agency background and a genuine love for the fast-paced hustle of the industry. She has worked across retail, hospitality, CPG, education, and software clients. With a focus on paid media, Danielle is dedicated to driving strong performance and meaningful results. She thrives on building authentic connections and making every project feel purposeful and enjoyable. Outside the office, you might find Dani practicing Pilates, hiking with her two dogs, baking, road-tripping, or hyper fixating on a new craft hobby.

Emily joins us as a Creative Lead from Vancouver, BC! With an agency background, Emily has provided work for clients in the hospitality, industrial, retail, and medical fields. Her passion for turning creative ideas into valuable content is what she loves most about working in the wonderful world of social media. As an individual who loves all things visual, graphic design and photography are Emily's bread and butter. She has a love for the performance arts, often auditioning for local projects and spending time in the great outdoors, either hiking or snowboarding!

Megan is a content creator from Calgary, AB. With a digital marketing certification from the University of Calgary and halfway through earning a graphic design certification from the same esteemed institution, Megan brings a perfect blend of creativity and professionalism to every project. With seven years of entrepreneurial experience under her belt, both working in social media and as a country music artist, Megan has a wide range of knowledge in crafting compelling content and navigating the dynamic world of social media. Out of the office, Maggie enjoys baking for her friends and family, crocheting and badminton!

Professional yapper, officially a graphic designer and content creator with over six years of experience. Ailís specializes in building brands and creating visually compelling content. Her skills span social media management, art direction, UGC, and impactful design for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Ailís enjoys engaging her audience with relatable content about adult life and keeps her creativity flowing through acting, dancing, reading, and signing (out of tune).

Alexandra Ruffa is a creative and content professional with expertise in client relations, content planning, and multimedia production. Throughout her career, she has managed projects such as podcast production, content creation, and digital campaigns while also contributing to graphic design, video editing, rebranding, and website development. Alexandra is passionate about blending creativity and strategy to deliver impactful and engaging solutions across platforms.

Isabella’s passion for creating authentic, meaningful relationships between brands and their audiences is grounded in her lifelong love of connecting with others through social media and content creation—a passion she first explored when she started her own YouTube channel at just 12 years old. With a Media and Communications degree from Western University and over four years of freelance experience in social media management, community management, and content creation, Isabella understands the power of digital storytelling and how genuine connection drives long-term loyalty, engagement, and brand presence. As the Social Media Community Manager, she blends strategy with creativity, leading with a people-first approach to build communities that feel seen, valued, and excited to engage. Billy Adam James is a Brand Equity Strategist and Marketing Manager with over fifteen years of experience across brand strategy, creative direction, and execution.

He started as a designer, grew into copywriting, and moved into strategic leadership. That design-first eye never left. It just became the way he sees what is real underneath what looks good, and builds from there.

He has worked across fashion, food, cannabis, fintech, nonprofits, and retail. He led brand strategy through cannabis legalisation in Canada, one of the stranger things to put on a CV. When an entire industry has to find its identity overnight, you learn fast what brand equity actually means.

He is an organic traction advocate who builds for the changing landscape. Content created for humans first, structured so bots cite it second. Storytelling that shapes worldviews, creates real connection, and compounds long after the campaign ends.

Shriya is the Finance and Admin Manager at Marr Media Group, supporting the financial and administrative side of the business so the team can stay focused on their work. With a background in office management, accounting, and HR administration, she enjoys being part of the work that helps create a steady and supportive foundation for the team. She values making things easier for others, keeping day-to-day processes moving, and supporting the kind of environment that supports people to focus on what they do best. In her free time, you’ll likely find her dancing, exploring the city, or taking a walk around Stanley Park with a matcha in hand!
