The Role & Relationships:
Our Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work directly alongside the Director of Marketing & Sales and be their right-hand in all things business development. This role is full-time, 100% remote, and focuses on both outside and inside sales as well as the agency’s own marketing efforts. You will be involved in planning and executing lead generation strategies, optimizing sales processes, and helping us grow.
This is a hands-on role with direct mentorship from a senior leader with 15+ years in sales and 10+ years in marketing. You'll help expand our pipeline, improve conversion, and build internal systems to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Funnel Management
- Support outside and inside sales initiatives from top to bottom of funnel
- Own CRM management, hygiene, reporting, campaigns, and optimization
- Manage and optimize sales funnels and processes using modern tools and systems including AI
- Conduct prospect research and outreach to support lead generation strategies
- Utilize LinkedIn to drive funnel acquisition
- Track sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and trends
- Call scheduling and pre-qualification
- Call preparation and light prospect audits
- Draft client proposal decks and contracts
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate internal marketing initiatives including email campaigns, lead magnet development, webinars/events, and social content planning (no creative required) at the direction of the Director of Marketing and Sales
- Research and assist in coordinating in-person events and online webinars
- Identify and apply for relevant speaking opportunities for the Director of Marketing and Sales
- Use AI tools to streamline everyday marketing and admin tasks
- Plan the agency’s social media calendars with direction from leadership (creative work not included)
- Work closely with leadership on strategic marketing projects for the agency
Relationship Building
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Marketing & Sales daily
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and potential leads
- Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner in written and verbal communication
EOS
- Participate in special projects as required (Rocks)
- Attend internal meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually) to contribute to company growth within the EOS system
Requirements & Assets
Must Haves
- Based in Canada and able to collaborate during 9am–2pm PST (independent work can be done outside those hours)
- Experience in B2B sales and managing sales funnels
- Familiarity with CRMs and project management platforms
- Interest or background in marketing agencies and/or social media
- Highly organized and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with AI tools for productivity (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)
- Skilled in preparing professional presentations and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenting to stakeholders

The Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $60,000-$70,000
