In April 2021, following its acquisition by Vertical Supply Group, Rescue Direct partnered with us to establish its online presence and connect with the rescue professional community. With no prior social media footprint, our initial focus was building brand awareness and positioning industry expert Matt Hunt as the face of the brand. Through educational content, product demos, and a weekly "Hero Highlights" series celebrating real-life rescue professionals, we built trust and community engagement. Targeted page-like and lead generation campaigns—especially effective on Facebook—further grew the brand’s presence and email list. As brand trust deepened, we shifted to conversion-focused campaigns, turning Rescue Direct’s audience into loyal customers and driving measurable revenue growth.
