Before MMG took over the account in March 2026, campaign revenue under the previous agency averaged approximately $3,950 per campaign. After taking over strategy, creative and execution, campaign revenue began climbing quarter over quarter.

  • Previous agency / pre-March baseline: approximately $3,950 per campaign.
  • MMG, March–May 2026: approximately $5,420 per campaign (+37% versus baseline).
  • MMG, June–August 2026: approximately $6,000–$7,000+ per campaign.
  • September 2026, four reported campaigns: $35,213.16 total, or $8,803.29 per campaign (+123% versus baseline).

By March–May, MMG campaigns averaged approximately 37% more revenue per send than the previous-agency baseline. The June–August QSPS showed that 9 of 12 campaigns generated more than $5,000, three exceeded $7,000, and the highest-performing sends exceeded $8,500.

‍

September marked a new milestone: two individual campaigns crossed $10,000 in attributed revenue. These results show that the program is trending toward consistent $10K sends, although not every campaign has reached that level yet.

What We Changed

  1. A refreshed visual identity introduced slowly. MMG transitioned the account into a cleaner, brighter, more elevated email design system, moving away from heavier purple and graphic elements. The creative better reflects Dr. Day's authority and sophistication while appealing to a younger audience for Dr. Teymour.
  2. A stronger copy and content strategy. Rather than relying heavily on promotions, MMG centered emails on education, common skincare concerns, and Dr. Day's expert perspective. Topics include menopause, aging skin, pigmentation, redness, hair loss, and emerging treatments. The recurring format is: Common Concern; Dr. Day's Take; Recommended Treatments; Recommended Products.
  3. Leveraging Dr. Day's influence. Her expertise and recognizable voice became a central conversion asset, grounding relevant concerns in professional recommendations.
  4. Combining authority with MMG's Klaviyo, Shopify and email marketing expertise. MMG integrated campaign strategy, subject-line testing, segmentation, Shopify conversion paths, Klaviyo optimization and quarterly performance analysis. Each quarter's plan is refined using customer behavior and campaign results.

Building a Revenue System Beyond Campaigns

Campaigns were only one part of the opportunity. MMG also rebuilt and optimized lifecycle journeys, including the Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout and Browse Abandonment flows.

‍

By the June–August QSPS, optimized flows had become some of the account's top converters: Welcome averaged approximately $5,693 per month; Abandoned Cart approximately $3,167 per month; Browse Abandonment approximately $2,874 per month.

‍

Across March–August, reported flow-attributed revenue included:

  • Welcome Series: $23,281.99
  • MMG Abandoned Cart: $15,508.16
  • MMG Abandoned Browse: $8,624.59
  • MMG Abandoned Checkout: $7,554.26
  • MMG Welcome Series: $7,150.40

The Result

MMG transformed email from a series of individual sends into a more deliberate revenue channel built around Dr. Day's authority, stronger creative and copy, Klaviyo automation, Shopify conversion strategy and continuous quarterly optimization.

‍

From the approximately $3,950 pre-MMG baseline, campaign revenue grew to approximately $5,420 in the first MMG quarter and continued rising. Four reported September campaigns averaged $8,803.29, and two surpassed $10,000. MMG is trending toward consistently generating $10K per campaign while its automated flow ecosystem creates an additional recurring revenue layer.

‍

Performance Snapshot

  • Before MMG: approximately $3,950 average campaign revenue; under-optimized legacy flows.
